Episode Two of Nick gets Sick is just around the corner, so I've created a sneak peek/making of video about the newest addition to the series. It includes a short scene from the new episode, so be sure to stay tuned til the end. Yes, you have to endure my blathering, but it's worth it. Maybe. Probably not.
I won't drone on any longer, because I have plenty of post production work to do on Episode Two, but (even though the video says February 10th) it should be done by the first of Feb! So check back soon and enjoy.

So, as none of you are aware, this website went down today in honor of the boycotting of two acts of legislation: SOPA and PIPA. The "going dark" trend was perpetuated by the fact that many major websites (Google, You Tube [owned by Google], Facebook, Wikipedia among the many)
and ntbone jumped on the bandwagon.
Anyway, being a proponent of independant investigation of truth, I urge you to check out the facts and make an informed decision for yourself. The legislations are going to be brought before the House and Congress on 24 January 2012. If you so desire, you may sign petitions to oppose these acts.
Click here for the "ntbone goes dark" page. And here are some more links that you may peruse to make an informed decision on whether or not you're pro or against SOPA and PIPA:
Filmed on Saturday. Edited Sunday and today, and I finished editing, animating and sound mixing about an hour ago. It's such a great feeling. I tell you, if I could do this for a living, I would die a happy man.
So the first episode is finished and online. I will post a link on Facebook to reach the mainstream social network of people tomorrow at about 1:00 pm, PST. But if you're an avid ntboner, you get to see it early. Here's episode one:
Episode One (not in 3D)

Not to beat a dead horse or anything, but 'Nick gets Sick' is in production, and in full effect. I'm really excited to be working on this project. I haven't immersed myself in filmmaking for too long, and with all the equipment and research that I've been doing, I really have hope for this series. Not hope as in I hope it will make me famous or anything, but hope that it will be executed well and be entertaining to watch. Because that is all film is all about, anyway.
I talked to my best friend and creative consultant, Wes, yesterday and we ran through the story and both pitched some final ideas. And tomorrow marks the first (real) day of shooting, so I can't contain my excitement! Also, my cousin Iman is coming down from Orange County to help out, so I need to think of some way to compensate him for his efforts. Maybe an ice cream sandwich will do the trick!
Here is a new poster I made for Episode One, which is titled "The Cough Syrup". I originally had the idea to name each episode with the illness that I portray (Episode One was going to be "Rhinovirus"), but I think something a little more commercial will be more liked and well received. So with just a little more ado, "Nick gets Sick" will be coming down the pipeline by the end of the month. Hopefully sooner. Enjoy!
2012. The year, not the movie.

Happy New Year, everyone. I mean both of you. Okay, I mean you. The one person reading this. Happy?
This year has already been crazy busy. In the three days that have passed this year, I've flown across country, washed my car, gotten a hair cut, scratched my ass a couple times... slept about 19 hours... updated the O.T.H.E.R website ($5 off all apparel, and a new hooded sweatshirt in stock!) and made a new short video. This one isn't funny or clever, it's just some footage I took at the airport, put to Foster The People's "Waste" song off of their Torches album, which is awesome, by the way. If you haven't heard that CD, shoot yourself in the face right now.
Anywayz, I'm embedding the new video below. Again, don't expect too much. Just enjoy the music, and looking at my face. More coming soon ("Nick gets Sick" is in production!).
